The Milwaukee 2020 Host Committee is the nonprofit civic organization responsible for organizing, hosting, and funding the 2020 Democratic National Convention in Milwaukee. Our mission is to accelerate and highlight the current renaissance in Milwaukee and the surrounding region, as well as to host and fund the most accessible and intentionally inclusive Democratic National Convention of our lifetime.

We are proud this will be a convention both in Milwaukee and with Milwaukee. We serve to showcase what makes the city so special: its distinctive neighborhoods, its incredible diversity, its rich history, and, most of all, its hardworking, friendly people.

While Milwaukee is our host city for the convention, we are working to ensure the benefits of this historic opportunity extend beyond the downtown area and beyond the week of the convention. We are committed to engaging with every constituency group so the positive impact is felt by the entire region for years to come.

We are focused on creating opportunities for people of color, women, those with disabilities, veterans, and LGBTQ people. We want these communities serving in a leading role, not as an afterthought. We will show that you can achieve your goals while living your values.

Join us in making history.
