Venue Sign-Up Troubleshooting
Clear internet browser data
Clear all temporary internet files, cache, and history and then restart your browser. Depending on the internet browser you are using, archived data can cause errors. This most often occurs with users who have either visited the site before or have made many attempts to sign up.
Check input fields
Make sure all required fields are filled out completely and correctly (full email addresses, proper file types and file sizes, etc.).
Make sure image files are correct
Make sure that your photo uploads (up to three) are in PNG, JPG, or JPEG format only and are under 15MB, and that they are uploaded to the correct field. If you would like to upload a file in the 4th field, please make sure it is either PDF, DOC, or DOCX format and under 15MB. Uploading too large or incorrect files will result in your Venue Sign-Up form being rejected.
Venue Submit Button
Please only click Submit one time, and please be patient as the form loads. The form may take longer to process based on your internet connection, as well as the size of the file uploads. When your submission successfully goes through, you will see a thank you message next to the Submit button as well as receive a follow up email. Follow up emails will arrive within 3 hours, depending on your email server and connection speed.
I did all of the above steps and it still doesn't work
Websites can be quirky! If you've tried all of the common solutions above but are still having problems signing your venue up, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of the Venue that you're trying to submit, and the steps that you've already taken to address the issue. We'll reply within 48 hours and do our best to work out your problem.
