SUMMARY OF RISK MANAGEMENT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Good Land Committee and The Democratic National Convention Committee are dedicated to delivering a world class Democratic National Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in July 2020. To accomplish this goal, The Good Land Committee, or Host Committee, is publishing a Request For Proposal (RFP) for an Insurance Broker Services Vendor.
The Democratic National Convention will bring over 50,000 people from all fifty states and around the world to Milwaukee. In order to plan and successfully execute the event, The Good Land Committee, through the RFP process is seeking capable and qualified vendors to submit proposals for all major Scopes of Work to assist in the planning and execution of the event. Prior to submitting a proposal all bidders must create a profile for themselves and/or their company in the 2020 Democratic National Convention Vendor Directory at milwaukee2020.myconnxion.com.
Below are brief summary of the service being requested. To receive the RFP, please fill out a request form to receive a non-disclosure agreement. The RFP will be transmitted after a signed agreement is received at RFP@milwaukee2020.com.
Through this Request for Proposals, the Host Committee and the DNCC seek proposals for the services of an experienced independent risk management firm that can provide Management Vendor will be responsible for coordinating with the Insurance Broker and the Office of Risk Management of the City of Milwaukee.
