VENUE DESCRIPTION
After opening a small brewery in 1844, Jacob Best handed the reigns to his son Phillip Best, who ultimately laid the foundation for the Pabst Brewing Company to become the Largest American-owned brewery.
PMS 871 Pabst Brewing Company maintains the rights for over 80 iconic beer brands and is actively brewing and marketing over 30 of those brands. Pabst Blue Ribbon, the company’s flagship brand remains the choice of non-conformist, individuals everywhere looking for a great beer at a fair price.
In July 2015, Pabst announced plans to return to Milwaukee and refurbish a former church and training center on the site of the original Pabst Brewing complex as a micro-brewery and tap room. This project was completed in Spring, 2017, with the tap room featuring both newly developed and historic beers in the Pabst portfolio.
We are proud to honor the traditions of our founding fathers and are excited to usher in a new era where we explore progressive, and unique approaches to brewing on the hallowed grounds from where it all
started. PROST!
